α-环糊精和羟基酪醇对抗SARS-CoV-2感染

在一项人体实验中,北塞浦路斯的149名健康志愿者使用含有3.8%羟基酪醇和0.2%a-CE的水性喷雾剂治疗30天,此外还有防腐剂、调味剂、甜味剂等。羟基酪醇是从橄榄树叶和果实中提取的,具有广泛的抗病毒活性,特别是针对包膜病毒。a-CD也是一种活性成分:它的作用不是稳定或增溶这种活性成分,而是从ACE2受体所在的脂质筏中耗尽细胞膜磷脂和鞘脂。ACE2受体是SARS-CoV-2感染的必要条件。没有一个参与者在使用该喷雾时被感染。没有副作用的报告。[1]

生物信息学对接研究表明,α-环糊精和羟基酪醇单独或组合与病毒的穗状蛋白及其宿主细胞受体ACE2相互作用,从而有可能影响内吞过程。[2]

口腔喷雾剂对口腔粘膜没有攻击性:它能安全有效地减少长期使用面罩后出现的细菌和真菌负荷(”面罩口”)。[3]
