在以前的研究中,已经证明了用β-环糊精珠子聚合物(BBP)从水溶液(包括某些饮料)中提取霉菌毒素alternariol, zearalenone, zearalenols, zearalenone-14-glucoside和zearalenone-14-sulfate[1-5] 。在最近的一项调查中,还对BBP诱导的12种霉菌毒素进行了测试,包括黄曲霉毒素B1、黄曲霉毒素M1、柠檬酸、二氢柠檬酸、环孢菌素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、赭曲霉毒素A、棒曲霉毒素、赤霉烯酮、α-泽兰醇和β-泽兰醇[6]。BBP对脱氧雪腐镰刀菌素、黄曲霉毒素M1和棒曲霉毒素的结合力较弱,对黄曲霉毒素B1和环嗪酸的结合力中等,而BBP被证明对柠檬素、二氢柠檬素、立体孢子菌素、玉米赤霉烯酮、α-泽兰醇和β-泽兰醇的结合力强。环境的pH值(在pH3.0和pH7.0之间测试)对BBP的霉菌毒素结合能力没有很大影响,只有赭曲霉毒素A在pH3.0时才被有效提取。这项研究强调BBP可能适合于去除/提取霉菌毒素,例如用于净化和/或分析目的。
